    White Elephant Aspen’s cancellation policy varies by season. Please review the details below carefully:

    December – March: Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival.

    With the exception of:

    December 21 – January 4 (Festive Season): Cancellations are permitted up to 60 days prior to arrival.

    February 13 – 16 (President’s Day Weekend): Cancellations are permitted up to 60 days prior to arrival.

    April – May: Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days prior to arrival.

    June – September: Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival.

    October – November: Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellations made after the applicable cutoff period are 100% non-refundable.

    Deposit Policy: For stays of one of two nights, the full amount of the stay is due at the time of booking. For stays of 3 nights or more, 50% of the total stay is due at the time of booking and the remaining deposit will be due at the cancellation cutoff period. All stays booked within the cancellation period are required to pay 100% deposit.

In addition, many of the rooms and suites at White Elephant Aspen include private balconies, patios or terraces where you can sit outside with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and take in the views of the surrounding mountains and town.
